Principal, Product Manager-Tech , éShop, Premium Ads CX
This Principal Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) will own the overall Premium Ads Customer Experience (CX) strategy for North American Stores, driving a major ads revenue opportunity with direct experiment ownership and cross-organizational (NAS + Ads) scope.
In the first half of 2026, we partnered with the Stores Monetization team to prioritize a Stores + Ads initiative focused on:
- Designing new elevated, brand-forward placements
- Deep diving into the drivers of low ads penetration for Stores Premium Brands
- Proposing a go-big plan to experiment with fully sponsored and hybridized brand-forward Premium ads placements in H2 2026
This Principal PM-T will own the H2 2026 experimentation plan, supported by 20+ dedicated tech resources from NAS and Ads, and will also define the go-big 2027 operating plan. The role involves shaping how Amazon monetizes Premium brand relationships—a net-new revenue category that doesn’t exist today. The PM-T is expected to drive one of the biggest contributions of incremental Premium Impressions/Glance Views, directly increasing Premium Units/Conversion Percentage (CP) while simultaneously enabling new ads monetization.
