Responsibilities
- Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Ads’ measurement platform.
- Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross-channel reporting, and AI-driven insights.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption.
- Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with Conversion Lift, Incrementality Testing, experimentation frameworks, or causal measurement methodologies.
- Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features.
- Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay
This position is typically compensated between USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year across the U.S., with a range of USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
