Responsibilities
- Own design vision for Partner Hub and Performance Intelligence surfaces
- Translate complex organizational data into actionable insights for HR leaders
- Lead design solutions for ambiguous, high-stakes problems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research from early-stage development
- Create scalable UX patterns for diverse organizational needs
- Establish foundational design patterns for B2B enterprise applications
- Contribute to design culture and connect member experience to partner data
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience in consumer or B2B SaaS
- Exceptional visual craft and systems thinking demonstrated in portfolio
- Expertise in enterprise B2B design with complex workflows and dashboards
- Proven experience leading large-scale design initiatives impacting user experience
- Ability to influence product direction at executive-level leadership
- Strong understanding of design systems for scalable product development
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into product design
