Principal Patient Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and refine administrative and clinical workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce patient friction, and improve outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of AI agents to automate routine administrative tasks, patient communications, and data entry.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards that utilize clinical and financial data to drive staffing models and resource allocation.
• Manage and optimize our current technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between EHR systems, financial software, and new AI tools.
• Work alongside our physicians and clinical teams to ensure technical solutions align with the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health informatics, or clinical management.
• Proven track record of optimizing IT systems and implementing automation/AI solutions in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape (HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
