About the role
We're seeking an innovative leader to help shape the future of healthcare technology by connecting ground-breaking startups with AWS's various cloud solutions. You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how advanced technologies solve critical challenges in digital health and medical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute customized go-to-market strategies for top Frontier AI startups in healthcare (who wish to sell to health systems and payers).
- Engage with executive leadership and technical founders to establish strategic partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of AWS technologies applicable to healthcare innovations.
- Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor for startup partners.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Create compelling business cases and executive presentations.
- Leverage professional network to connect startups with key industry stakeholders (payers and providers).
A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and hands-on collaboration. You'll engage with brilliant founders of healthcare startups, dive deep into transformative AI technologies, and craft innovative go-to-market strategies that bridge breakthrough scientific research with scalable cloud solutions. Expect to move seamlessly between technical and business discussions, executive briefings, and creative problem-solving that pushes the boundaries of healthcare innovation.

Requirements
- 7+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry.
- 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in several of the following areas: machine learning, statistics, deep learning, natural language processing, or information retrieval.
- Cloud Technology Certification.
- Experience influencing C-level executives / start-ups.
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
- 10+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry.
- Advanced degree in Medicine (MD) or Life Sciences with demonstrated experience with health systems and payers.
- Experience as the founder/operator of a Healthcare startup or as a Venture Capital investor in this domain.
- Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven narratives.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks.
Pay
- USA, CA, San Francisco: $193,700.00 - $262,000.00 USD annually
- USA, MA, Boston: $176,100.00 - $238,200.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York: $193,700.00 - $262,000.00 USD annually
