About the Role
Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, and economic research in areas such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investment opportunities, and governmental requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drives financial accountability with managers through education, tools, and processes to help them understand the impacts of their decisions.
- Promotes financial-based decision-making across the organization while supporting the operations team.
- Prepares complex annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational reports; analyzes and evaluates business results. Handles ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed.
- Performs complex financial analyses on budgets, forecasting, cash flows, operating results, and business plans. Reports on findings for assigned areas.
- Prepares forecasts and generates accurate and timely cash flow, sales, and expense projections.
- Develops and maintains complex costing models. Prepares presentations of financial results for senior management review.
- Audits financial data and statements (cash flow, income, balance sheets) to ensure accuracy.
- Leads, mentors, and assists others in developing skills for independent problem-solving.
- Manages forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for Interchange costs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Understands and adheres to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Standard work environment with the majority of time spent on a PC.
