About the role

The Principal Strategist will lead Adobe's Software practice, advising C-level executives on digital transformation strategies. This role involves executive advisory, engagement leadership, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain C-suite relationships
  • Provide expert guidance on large-scale transformation planning and execution
  • Design and deliver high-impact consulting engagements
  • Guide clients to define use cases, sequence roadmaps, and plan for org readiness and change management
  • Own the growth and evolution of Adobe's software portfolio
  • Drive pipeline development, shape offerings, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Develop original thought leadership on emerging trends and innovation in software
  • Represent Adobe as a speaker at industry events
  • Collaborate with Adobe's sales leadership to shape strategic deals and accelerate customer success

Requirements

  • 15+ years in strategy consulting and/or client-side digital & customer experience transformation
  • Track record of influencing C-suite leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong people leader with ability to motivate and mentor individuals
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or comparable digital marketing solutions
  • Executive presence, workshop facilitation, and client communication skills
  • Passion for solving customer problems at all stages of their lifecycle
  • Strong familiarity with technologies enabling digital experience transformation
  • Established reputation for sharing insights through published content and public speaking
  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • 7+ years in the Software space strongly preferred
  • Willing to travel for customers as needed (~30% of time)

Pay

The total compensation package includes base salary, annual bonus, and equity. The salary range for this position is $148,900 -- $271,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with occasional travel required (~30% of time).
