About The Team

The mission of Amazon Experiences and Upskilling (AXU) is to help customers, employees, and communities grow, thrive, and connect with Amazon.
Across Amazon, every business builds these experiences, from selling and delivering to upskilling and career pathways.
AXU works across all of them to connect the dots so people can discover every path available to them, and ensure those paths reach everyone.
We do this through technology: AZA and Quick for employees, A to Z for Everyone and Alexa+ for customers, employees, and communities.
