Position Summary
Responsible for Increasing safety and accessibility for people with disabilities by leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of Paraquad's home modifications program. Responsible for program compliance and reporting, volunteer/staff and supervision, training, customer service, and program evaluation and growth.

Working Conditions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. and positions self to maintain files in file cabinets.
- Occasionally ascends/descends ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.
- Frequently moves self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
- Occasionally requires repeated motions and/or machinery and power tools that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, phone system, and computer printer.
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently moves items, weighing up to 50 pounds, across environment for various needs.
- Must be able to work full-time in variety of environmental conditions: high and low temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, hazardous conditions, and small/enclosed spaces.
- Requires travel within 30 miles of the office and further as necessary.
