About the role

Providing equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting as a Primary Care Physician, with Spanish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care treatments
• Prescribe medications and maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to meet quality goals
• Manage center operations alongside Practice Managers
• Perform other clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted state license, active DEA license, and US work authorization
• Bilingual in Spanish

• Geriatric fellowship or experience with older adult populations
• Experience in value-based care and outpatient primary care
• Collaborative work style to ensure positive health outcomes
