Primary Care Physician [Spanish Required]

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care for local Medicare patients
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Maintain electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to direct care teams
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted State License and DEA license
• US work authorization
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with geriatric populations, value-based care, outpatient primary care, and collaborative healthcare experience

• Full-time role with approximately 40 hours weekly
• Competitive salary range: $174,070 - $374,920, based on experience and location
