About the Role
Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting. This role requires Spanish proficiency to support bilingual patient communication.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care for patients
- Prescribe treatments and maintain electronic medical records
- Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals
- Manage care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA license
- US work authorization
- Bilingual in Spanish
