Primary Care Physician [Spanish Required]

About the Role

Deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care delivery
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals
• Manage the care team with Practice Managers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active unrestricted medical license
• DEA license
• US work authorization
• Bilingual in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Geriatrics fellowship
• Experience with geriatric populations
• Experience with value-based care
• Outpatient primary care experience
• Collaborative work experience

Schedule

Full-time role with an anticipated weekly commitment of 40 hours.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $174,070 to $374,920, based on experience and other factors.
