About the role

We’re seeking a Primary Care Physician (Spanish preferred) to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients at neighborhood clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care
  • Prescribe medications
  • Maintain electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and care teams to meet quality goals and ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active unrestricted state medical license
  • DEA license
  • US work authorization

Skills

  • Geriatrics fellowship (preferred)
  • Experience with geriatric populations (preferred)
  • Outpatient primary care experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)

$174,070 to $374,920
