Primary Care Patient Support Specialist

This is a dynamic, traveling role where you become a trusted support partner to our practices, bringing consistency, positiveness, and reliability wherever you go to help both patients and staff feel confident and cared for.

No medical experience? That is completely okay. We provide hands-on training, dedicated trainers, and mentorship so you can build your skills and succeed with confidence.

Location: Noblesville/Indy area

Responsibilities

• Step into different practices and provide support where it is needed most
• Learn and assist in key areas including patient services, clinic, and optical
• Build strong relationships with doctors and team members across multiple locations
• Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient
• Stay organized, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever you are needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous optometry experience is helpful but not required
