Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA)

About the Role

Join a collaborative primary care team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, providing outpatient care across pediatric to geriatric patients. Manage an average of 16-18 patients daily, supporting the clinical team with rooming, vitals, prescriptions, and follow-ups using EMR and AI documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and certification from an accredited program
• Unrestricted license or ability to obtain licensure in Oregon
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience in primary or managed care
