Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA)

About the Role

Join a collaborative primary care team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, providing outpatient patient care across all ages. You'll manage an average of 16-18 patients daily, perform in-office procedures, and utilize EMR tools like EPIC and AI-powered documentation. The position offers a team-based practice model with leadership growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Perform general office procedures and coordinate follow-up care
• Support clinical activities with Medical Assistants
• Participate in practice initiatives and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Master's degree and professional certification in Nurse Practitioning or Physician Assisting
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 1+ years' primary care or managed care experience
