Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates to join our Primary Care team in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for a diverse age range, including pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Perform general in-office procedures and support team-based practice models.
• Utilize EMR (EPIC) and AI-powered documentation tools (DAX).
• Collaborate with medical assistants to ensure efficient patient flow, including rooming, vitals, and follow-up.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in leadership or fellowship opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree or professional certification in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary or managed care setting.

Skills

• Strong patient care, time management, and adaptability skills.

Schedule

• Team-based practice with a 4-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
• Average daily patient census of 16-18 patients.
