About the role

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates to join our outpatient care team in Eugene, OR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient care with an average daily census of 16-18 patients, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
  • Perform general office procedures and support clinical workflows with medical assistants.
  • Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) and AI-powered documentation tools (DAX).
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
  • Unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible, with current BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in primary or managed care.
