About the role
Grassland Dairy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pricing Coordinator to join our Sales team. This position plays a key role in supporting pricing accuracy, contract administration, and sales operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain pricing data within the company's ERP system.
- Prepare customer contracts in accordance with sales directives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor daily CME market activity and communicate relevant pricing information as needed.
- Maintain and distribute allocation documents in a timely and organized manner.
- Support the Vice President of Sales with administrative and operational tasks.
- Verify the accuracy of pricing, contract, and customer information before processing.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of pricing and contract activities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform specific duties and responsibilities based on the VP's requirements and organizational needs.
