Responsibilities
- Maintains tools & overall support of Dexter’s pricing strategy.
- Affords assistance with price change initiatives for customers by ensuring all customer contracts are updated, customer facing documents are established on time, customer facing document distribution, etc.
- Collaborates with Customers & Sales Representatives to answer questions and offer overall support.
- Affords assistance to Sales Representatives with various requested reports.
- Distributes daily reports from Salesforce, including but not limited to Axle BU and Dexter Distribution call reports.
- Affords assistance in maintaining customer accounts and sales representatives in Salesforce.
- Develops new tools to be used by sales team in Salesforce.
- Works as an Administrator in ProSpec to manage users and works with Engineering on new products added, modifications, etc.
- Performs other tasks or duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or comparable discipline, or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
- Experience with pricing strategy and margin analysis
- Knowledge of contract administration
- Strong attention to detail
