Sales Support Specialist

Job Duties

• Process purchase orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follow up with clients on orders and communicate with internal sales & production teams.
• Aid with Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Track and manage orders when necessary.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure shipping samples, replacement parts, and units are sent to clients.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately in the company portal.
• Handle orders, generate credit memos, ship samples and parts, and set up new accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
• SAP experience.
• Prior Sales Support experience.
• Associate degree.
• Outstanding customer service and analytical skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
