Job Duties
- Process purchase orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.
- Follow up with clients on orders and communicate with internal sales & production teams.
- Aid with Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- Track and manage orders when necessary.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure shipping samples, replacement parts, and units are sent to clients.
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately in the company portal.
- Handle orders, generate credit memos, ship samples and parts, and set up new accounts.
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
- SAP experience.
- Prior Sales Support experience.
- Associate degree.
- Outstanding customer service and analytical skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
