Strengthen veterinary partnerships and support growth at Gateway Services, North America's leading pet aftercare provider. As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll help new and existing clinic partners start strong, stay connected, and receive the service they expect. You'll work across Sales and Operations to support clinic integration, key accounts, customer retention, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and integration of new veterinary clinics, creating a strong and consistent first experience with Gateway.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key veterinary accounts by understanding their needs and providing prompt, knowledgeable support.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach and follow through on questions, concerns, service issues, and opportunities.
- Partner closely with Operations to resolve service challenges and ensure customer commitments are delivered consistently.
- Monitor account activity to identify retention risks, declining engagement, and opportunities to strengthen or expand customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer activity, follow-up, and opportunity information in Gateway's CRM platform.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports and turn customer and account data into useful insights for the Sales team.
- Stay informed about Gateway's services, customer needs, and competitive activity to help position Gateway as the preferred pet aftercare partner.
Your First Year at Gateway

Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, customer success, sales support, or related B2B experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and disciplined about follow-through.
- Comfortable using CRM technology, customer data, and sales reporting.
- Veterinary, healthcare, service, route-based, or related industry experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 60% as required.

Pay
Up to $70,000 (BOE)
Schedule
Full-Time
Travel up to approximately 60% based on customer and business needs. Frequent interaction with veterinary clinics, Sales partners, Operations teams, and Care Center leadership. Some weekend work may be required to support customer commitments, deadlines, or industry events.
