Responsibilities
- Prepare cost and price proposals of medium to high complexity utilizing cost accounting standards
- Develop and implement proposal strategies aligned with company objectives
- Analyze RFPs and ensure cost models meet customer compliance requirements
- Mentor junior pricing team members while collaborating with senior professionals to enhance best practices
- Perform quality assurance reviews of cost/price volumes for accuracy and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- 5+ years of pricing proposal experience
- Experience with Service Contract Act Wage Determinations and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong mathematical skills
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication across all organizational levels
