President of Landscape Maintenance

Essential Function

• Develop long term and short-term strategic goals for each Irrigation, Maintenance and Enhancement (IME) branch and IME department as a whole.
• Establish goals, priorities and objectives for business development and increasing market share of each branch.
• Measure performance of each branch against set goals and create a culture of accountability.
• In collaboration with accounting and human resource departments, establish companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations.
• In collaboration with HR Department, create next generation of talent in branch management, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Provide mentorship and development to maintenance team members in various methods and techniques that will enhance the team and company performance.
• Responsible for overall department’s profit and loss statement.
• Clearly communicates the status of maintenance department and outlook to ownership.
• Serve on the company’s Executive Team.
• Cultivate culture that aligns with the company’s core values and mission statement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in the landscaping industry (President, VP, Regional VP, Executive, etc.).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to travel to different branch locations across Texas.
• Proficiency with Aspire is preferred.
