Preseason Community Facilitator
The Upper Division campus (Grades 9-12) is located in Pebble Beach. The Lower/Middle Campus (Grades PK-8) is in nearby Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outdoor education or team-building facilitation in a group setting
- Experience working with high school students in a residential environment preferred
- Technical outdoor skills (hiking, ocean safety, climbing…) a plus
- First Aid / CPR certification required (Training scheduled for 8/8/2026)
- Ability to respond to and report incidents should they arise
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $200 - $230 per day, commensurate with experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided at no cost to employees on a daily basis. In addition to competitive salary, Stevenson provides temporary lodging on the Pebble Beach Campus.
