About the role

Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy is hiring a Preschool Assistant for their classroom and extended care program. The role is ideal for an early childhood assistant educator who views teaching as a ministry and values working in a faith-centered, bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the lead teacher with daily classroom routines, transitions, and student supervision
• Aiding with learning centers, small-group instruction, and hands-on activities
• Supporting students' social-emotional development and positive behavior
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure consistency and high-quality care
• Supporting the Catholic identity and mission of Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy

Qualifications

• Patient, attentive, and nurturing approach to working with children
• Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative when appropriate
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Fully fluent in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting

$20–$24 per hour

Schedule
