Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid state teaching license/certification.
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a health screening.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
