At SSP America, our Prep Cooks have the important role of preparing delicious dishes for our guests, and properly setting up the kitchen so every team member has the product and tools they need easily accessible during their shift. Our Prep Cooks love working in the Back of House!

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious dishes for our guests
• Properly set up the kitchen
• Requisitioning and stocking of all required food, paper products, and condiments
• Handling, storing, and rotating all products properly
• Maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality
• Completing opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
• Taking responsibility for the quality of products served
• Performing general and specific cleaning tasks
