Prep Cook | Denver Airport

Mission Yogurt is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team at The Bindery at Denver International Airport. This role supports the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment while following food safety and sanitation standards.

About the role

This prep cook will directly support our Pastry Chef and is a great opportunity to learn more about pastry. The Prep Cook helps keep the kitchen running smoothly by prepping ingredients, following recipes, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

This position requires open availability and the ability to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook, BOH prep, grill cook, or team member.
• Prior experience working in pastry is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
