Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members.

  • Must have a passion for the guest and follow First Class Service standards and behavior.
  • Maintain a professional company image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines.
  • Prepare food items according to recipes and production prep lists.
  • Follow all brand standards, including food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Restock kitchen supplies and food items as needed.
  • Assist with ordering and planning food supplies.
  • Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience, preferably in high volume or fast casual dining environments.
  • ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
  • Able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on ladders, and walking long distances.
  • Capable of working in environments with varying conditions, including high heat, steam, and different odors.
