Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members.

- Maintain a professional company image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Prepare food items according to recipes and production prep lists.
- Follow all brand standards, including food safety and sanitation practices.
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items as needed.
- Assist with ordering and planning food supplies.
- Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience, preferably in high volume or fast casual dining environments.
- ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
- Able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on ladders, and walking long distances.
- Capable of working in environments with varying conditions, including high heat, steam, and different odors.
