Responsibilities
- Receive and track all materials for multiple projects
- Read and understand each Prefab project and plan the work steps involved
- Create labels for assemblies, and/or packaging
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time
- Communicate with the project team and Prefab Operations Supervisor
- Record time sheets for the project team
- Keep track of all shop tools and maintain all equipment in the shop
- Maintain forklift inspections, and request repairs when needed
- Maintain the safety and 5S around the shop
- Keep up with iPads and any other electronic equipment
- Maintain the same expectations required by a Prefab Assembler

Physical Function
- Hear and see well (either naturally or with correction)
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead
- Lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Constantly move on feet
- Climb ladders (all types)
- Complete overhead work for full day assignments
- Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks
- Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
Qualifications
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical fabrication and assembly. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver’s license. Must have a strong understanding of electrical codes and practices, as well as experience with various types of electrical equipment and materials.
