Shop Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily shop operations and personnel
• Cordination and prioritization of packing and staging of materials for jobs
• Management of inventory, materials, tools, and equipment through company inventory program
• Organization and maintenance of a clean, efficient shop environment
• Scheduling and assistance with deliveries to job sites
• Communication with project managers and field teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Enforcement of safety standards and company procedures
• Training and support of shop staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
