About the role

The role of Preconstruction Executive involves managing the preconstruction phase of construction projects. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all design elements are accurately translated into construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination between architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate translation of design elements into construction plans.
• Oversee the budgeting and scheduling of preconstruction activities to meet project deadlines.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into project specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and budgets to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preconstruction management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
