We are hiring a Pre-Trial Run Coordinator in Flint, MI for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering change team with implementation of new parts for assembly.
- Generate reports primarily in Excel with expectations for attention to detail.
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
- Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Work in collaboration with the customer in all aspects of operations.
- Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by improving internal processes.
- Carry out performance evaluations of team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate.
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes.
- Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees.
- Responsible for implementation of health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, and adherence to company rules and policies.
- Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands, giving them the information, technology, and materials necessary to perform their jobs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- Zero to one (1) year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
- DOT Regulated: No.

Pay
Annual salary of $50,000, paid weekly.
Schedule
Monday–Saturday, 06:00 AM–02:30 PM (must be flexible).
