Responsibilities
- Fulfill and track all sample requests
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Plants, DCs, and Customer Service
- Ship samples using JDE and manage required documentation
- Maintain sample inventory, labeling, and database (Excel)
- Oversee trade show samples and special shipping requirements
- Support product testing, first production samples, and training
- Manage shipping supplies, invoices, and recordkeeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma; 2+ years business experience (CPG preferred)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; shipping systems a plus
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Location & Travel
- Location: Lakeville, MN
- Occasional coordination for domestic/international shipments
- Limited travel for trade show support
Pay
The pay range for this position is $44,196 - $58,339 per year.
