Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, People Analytics (US, PT/MT)

About the role

The ideal candidate is a People Analytics practitioner, manager, or leader (or HR practitioner with a strong People Analytics skillset) who wants to pivot their career into the fast-paced world of SaaS. They should have hands-on experience in the People Analytics space, understand HRIS landscapes, and be comfortable communicating with both CHROs and IT buyers.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the business value, scalability, and strategic impact of One Model to prospective enterprise customers.
• Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups in the platform to showcase specific HR scenarios.
• Navigate complex Request for Proposals (RFPs) and write functional descriptions of platform capabilities.
• Handle ad-hoc product queries from prospects and customers.
• Record engaging product videos to showcase features and drive market excitement.

Requirements

The role requires a passion for People Analytics and a natural ability to communicate and inspire prospects. Candidates must be comfortable selling the One Model platform and explaining its value proposition clearly.

• Proven experience in People Analytics or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor content to different audiences (HR professionals, IT buyers).
• Experience with data visualization tools and platforms.
