About the role
Performs the full range of clerical pre-auditing work in a large department involving vouchering claims and/or payroll claims, regulations, rules, policies and procedures; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and processes payroll documents/forms.
- Prepares and processes vouchers, invoices and statements.
- Reads, understands and follows oral and written instructions.
- Communicates orally and in writing.
- Makes arithmetic computations.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of responsible clerical work experience in the preparation and processing of payroll documents/forms and/or in the preparation and processing of vouchers, invoices and statements.
- Knowledge of arithmetic.
Qualifications
- Legal Authorization To Work Requirement.
- Federal Criminal History Records Check.
- Some positions require the ability to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.

$3,606 to $4,563 per month (SR-11, Step C to I).
