Duties Summary
Performs the full range of clerical pre-auditing work in a large department involving vouchering claims and/or payroll claims, regulations, rules, policies and procedures; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Legal Authorization To Work Requirement: Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Specialized Experience: Two (2) years of responsible clerical work experience in the preparation and processing of payroll documents/forms and/or in the preparation and processing of vouchers, invoices and statements.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of arithmetic and required the ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions; communicate orally and in writing; and make arithmetic computations.
- Criminal History Records Check: Must not have been convicted, or found "not guilty by reason of insanity," of a disqualifying criminal offense within 10 years from the date of the application.
