Pre -Arrival Specialist

As a Pre-Arrival Specialist, you will assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains, and updates the pre-arrival templates and Owner communications.
• Collaborates with other departments to conduct routine maintenance.
• Replies to all Vacation Planning emails/calls within the specified time frame.
• Corresponds with guests regarding villa location and other special requests.
• Communicates special requests to other departments and/or VIP amenities.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay

Hourly Wages: $22.50

Schedule

Shift: 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays
