Responsibilities
- Creates, maintains, and updates the pre-arrival templates and Owner communications.
- Collaborates with other departments to conduct routine maintenance.
- Replies to all Vacation Planning emails/calls within the specified time frame.
- Corresponds with guests regarding villa location and other special requests.
- Communicates special requests to other departments and/or VIP amenities.
Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 10lbs without assistance.
- Perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
