About the role
Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization, monitors productivity, evaluates and manages quality metrics, represents the service line during recruitment, focuses on consumer experience, delivers on Team Member Promise, ensures workflow optimization, manages crucial conversations and disciplinary actions, reviews provider renewals, and manages financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety
- Represents the service line during each step of the recruitment process
- Oversees outcomes, licenses, certifications, accreditations, onsite inspections, and risk events
- Delivers on Team Member Promise through team leadership development conversations
- Holds service line performance accountable through a variety of meeting structures
- Manages workflow optimization and effectiveness for both providers and staff
- Assists in financial growth by managing practice and/or specialty to mission support and budget
- Manages capital responsibilities and identifies and develops capital needs for practices
- Collaborates with partners on strategic and operational plans, including space planning
- Works with facilities and purchasing teams to develop forms and present to capital committees
- Reviews upcoming provider renewals and holds introductory contract renewal discussions
- Assists in annual capital planning
- Manages disciplinary action plans for providers and staff
- Conducts intentional practice rounding with providers and staff
- Manages crucial conversations and disciplinary action plans for providers and staff
- Reviews upcoming provider renewals and holds introductory contract renewal discussions
