Practice Manager - PediatriCare Associates

Job Description

The Northwest Pediatric Practice Manager oversees operations at one or more physician practices to ensure high-quality care and services. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments.

Essential Functions

• Supervise and motivate staff through team-building and goal-setting
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff members
• Counsel employees on employment, performance, and promotions
• Facilitate troubleshooting and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and risk standards
• Manage supply chain activities, budgeting, and billing processes
• Liaise with new provider integration teams
• Assist in revenue cycle management, including work queues, copays, and financial reporting
• Review and analyze practice data to inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital departments

Education Requirement

An associates degree is required, with a bachelors preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

• Two years of experience managing a physician practice or two years of leadership experience preferred
