Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the IP litigation practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Manage billable and pro bono staffing for IP Litigation attorneys across offices
  • Partner with Training and Development team for onboarding and orientation of associates and lateral hires
  • Plan and execute Department and Practice group strategy, prepare monthly productivity reporting
  • Directly manage performance of Paralegals and legal support staff
  • Contribute to pitches, RFPs, CLE programming, etc.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet client needs
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Cookordinate with internal departments to support client service delivery and operational goals
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
  • Assist in budget planning and management for the legal department
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Pay

A competitive salary ranging from $153,000 to $192,000 USD annually, based on experience.
