Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the IP litigation practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
- Manage billable and pro bono staffing for IP Litigation attorneys across offices
- Partner with Training and Development team for onboarding and orientation of associates and lateral hires
- Plan and execute Department and Practice group strategy, prepare monthly productivity reporting
- Directly manage performance of Paralegals and legal support staff
- Contribute to pitches, RFPs, CLE programming, etc.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet client needs
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
- Cookordinate with internal departments to support client service delivery and operational goals
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Assist in budget planning and management for the legal department
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Pay
A competitive salary ranging from $153,000 to $192,000 USD annually, based on experience.
