Practice Manager - Implementation Services (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a professional services team focused on customer success from implementation and beyond. The role involves managing a team that delivers Veeva Quality Cloud solutions, ensuring customer and employee success, and driving new practices to support implementation excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and employee success
• Lead through hands-on and strategic initiatives

• Create innovative collateral to support delivery
• Partner with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
• 8+ years in people management
• Has grown and led a professional services team
• Operational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource management
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing Quality Systems for Life Sciences or regulated industries

Pay

Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000
