Implementation Manager - Remote

Role Overview

The Implementation Manager leads the deployment of healthcare technology platforms, ensuring successful customer adoption and seamless clinical workflow integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation plans, including discovery, configuration, integration, and training.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to design workflows aligned with best practices.
• Navigate API/SDK concepts to support workflow automation and plugin development.
• Ensure post-go-live stability, identify improvements, and coordinate with internal teams for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in healthcare SaaS, EMR/EHR systems, or related health tech fields.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, and data migration concepts.
• Able to operate in fast-paced environments, handle ambiguity, and facilitate structured meetings.
• Experience training clinical staff and supporting go-live launches is a plus.

Location

Remote within the US, with occasional travel for team events and customer engagements.
