Practice Manager II

About the role

Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 4+ years of management experience, or advancement from Practice Manager I after 2 years in the system with the last two consecutive evaluations rated “exceeds” or “above”
• Proven financial management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
• Knowledge of all clinic operations including billing/coding, accounting, and medical software systems

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hours

80.00 hours authorized bi-weekly
