Practice Manager I-BH UAMS Ear Nose and Throat Clinic

About the role

Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Monitors and analyzes financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manages day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Collaborates with staff to improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
• Develops and implements strategies to enhance clinic operations and patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 0-3 years of management experience.
• Proven financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of all clinic operations including billing/coding, accounting, and medical software systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
