• Building relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Managing complex searches and providing market insights to clients.

Compliance and Revenue

• Ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.
• Driving revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience, with a focus on physician or leadership roles.
• A strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialing processes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
