About the role
The position is incentive eligible. This opportunity is with Meadows - Urology - Meadows Ln, part of HCA Healthcare, the nation's leading provider of healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities.
- Implements written policies and procedures that govern the operations of the clinics.
- Carry out performance evaluations for staff positions.
- Interpret the practice’s policies and procedures to employees, patients, family members, government agencies, etc.
- Reviews and develops a plan of correction for deficiencies noted during survey inspections.
- Maintain an adequate liaison with patients.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with the medical profession, providers, and other health related facilities and organizations.
- Recruit, interview, select, and hire practice personnel, supervisors and staff members.
- Ensure an adequate number of appropriately trained professionals and personnel are on duty at all times to meet the needs of the patients.
- Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Experience: Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.
